About 360 Fitness360 Fitness is a premiere indoor cycling, yoga and fitness studio that provides a unique experience by offering cycling/spinning, yoga and strengthening classes. We are centrally located in Port Coquitlam and serve Port Moody, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge.
Our cycling classes are unique in that we have 2 different styles of classes at 360. We have classes that are "spinning" focused and classes that are "cycling" focused. The difference between the 2 styles is simply this: Spinning classes contain more variety of different drills in a 50 min class. Cycling classes are more training specific, focusing on things such as dedicated 60 min climbs, time trials, track workouts, visualized coached rides that simulate outdoor road riding. We take a road ride or a training workout and bring it to you on the bike!
We are also acutely aware of the need to "Ride Right" meaning no upper body work on the bike. No push ups, no movements, no contraindicated riding. We bring you the most solid cycling classes around.
But 360 Fitness is way more than just indoor cycling! We have a variety of instructors and classes to suit everyone. We have Strength Training, Core Training, Bootcamp, Yoga and Tabata classes (both on and off the bike!).

We want your experience with us to be amazing. We provide towels and have cold drinks available for purchase. As well we have a view that you won't find anywhere else in the city.
Your first class is always complimentary with us. If it doesn't meet your expectations, or the instructor wasn't quite what you were looking for, we will give you another complimentary class to try until you find the right class for you.

What exactly is "Spinning"?Indoor Cycling, a.k.a. "SPIN® or Spinning®" is a group exercise class where participants ride a stationary bike to the rhythm of music and the direction of an instructor. During each 45 - 60 minute class you'll burn an average of 500-800 calories. No matter your fitness level, anyone who can ride a bike can participate. The rider controls the resistance, speed, and overall exertion during the class. Each rider can tailor the class to his or her specific fitness level. Indoor cycling is a non-impact activity making it a great workout for all shapes, sizes, ages and athletic abilities.
